Membership is open to everyone interested in pottery and is dedicated to providing opportunities for continued education and support via monthly presentations, workshops, newsletters and lending library. As well as this, only members can enjoy the benefits of being part of our wood-firing group.

Types of Membership and Associated Annual Fees


Single: $50


Joint: $55 (one newsletter between two members at the same address)


Groups:  $55 (for clubs, organisations and societies)


New Student: $25(first time CSG membership only. Student card must be shown for discount to apply)


Partial year: $28 (for new members joining after June 30; to end of year only)


How to Join the CSG

On-line: Complete all details and submit the on-line membership application form. Please ensure that all your details are correct. The monthly Newsletter will be emailed to you at the email address that you provide.

(If you request it, a black and white copy of the newsletter can be printed  for you to collect from the front desk on the night of our  monthly presentation : contact the membership officer)


By Mail: Download and complete the membership application form. Mail the completed membership form to:

Three Ways to Pay Membership fees:

By Cheque: payable to Ceramic Study Group Inc. Send this with your mailed application form.

In Person: When you attend a monthly presentation (cheque or cash only). Presentations are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month from March to November inclusive.
